Key Responsibilities:

• Managing a diverse range of corporate and commercial matters, including contracts, franchise agreements, distribution agreements, and e-commerce.
• Exposure to additional areas such as employment law, including director’s service agreements and TUPE regulations.
• Contributing to the firm’s business development and helping to drive future growth strategies.
• Providing exceptional client service in alignment with the firm’s service standards.
• Mentoring junior team members and supporting a collaborative team culture.
