Role Overview:
As a Dispute Resolution Lawyer specializing in Contentious Probate, you will manage a broad caseload across various areas of dispute resolution. This role is ideal for a proactive individual with excellent technical and client care skills who is eager to contribute to the firm’s growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handling a diverse caseload, including contentious probate matters, property litigation, contract disputes, debt recovery, boundary disputes, and landlord and tenant issues.
  • Advising and representing both individual and corporate clients, acting for claimants and defendants.
  • Supporting business development activities and contributing to the firm’s growth through marketing initiatives.
  • Managing your workload independently while receiving support and supervision from senior team members.
  • Balancing fee-earning work with business development and client-facing responsibilities (occasional travel may be required).

What We Are Looking For:

  • A qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive (CILEx) with 2+ years’ PQE in Contentious Probate or Dispute Resolution.
  • Strong technical skills and the ability to manage a varied caseload effectively.
  • A client-focused, proactive approach with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Enthusiasm for business development and contributing to the growth of the practice.
  • A full, clean driving license and willingness to travel between offices if required.
