Role Overview:
As a Dispute Resolution Lawyer specializing in Contentious Probate, you will manage a broad caseload across various areas of dispute resolution. This role is ideal for a proactive individual with excellent technical and client care skills who is eager to contribute to the firm’s growth and success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handling a diverse caseload, including contentious probate matters, property litigation, contract disputes, debt recovery, boundary disputes, and landlord and tenant issues.
- Advising and representing both individual and corporate clients, acting for claimants and defendants.
- Supporting business development activities and contributing to the firm’s growth through marketing initiatives.
- Managing your workload independently while receiving support and supervision from senior team members.
- Balancing fee-earning work with business development and client-facing responsibilities (occasional travel may be required).
What We Are Looking For:
- A qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive (CILEx) with 2+ years’ PQE in Contentious Probate or Dispute Resolution.
- Strong technical skills and the ability to manage a varied caseload effectively.
- A client-focused, proactive approach with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Enthusiasm for business development and contributing to the growth of the practice.
- A full, clean driving license and willingness to travel between offices if required.
