A respected regional law firm is looking for an experienced Dispute Resolution Lawyer to join their growing team. Role Overview:
As a Dispute Resolution Lawyer, you will manage a broad range of matters across property litigation, contentious probate, and other civil disputes. You will play a key role in delivering high-quality legal services while contributing to the team’s growth and success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing a diverse caseload, including property litigation (residential and commercial), contentious probate, contract disputes, debt recovery, boundary disputes, and landlord/tenant matters.
- Representing both individual and corporate clients, handling cases for both claimants and defendants.
- Supporting business development initiatives and participating in the firm’s marketing activities.
- Working independently while receiving guidance and mentorship from senior team members.
- Attending client meetings across multiple locations; occasional travel may be required (a clean driver’s license is desirable).
What We Are Looking For:
- A qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive (FCILEx) with at least 2 years’ fee-earning experience in property litigation and civil disputes.
- Excellent communication skills and a client-centric approach to legal practice.
- The ability to work independently, manage a varied caseload, and meet deadlines effectively.
- A proactive mindset with an interest in business development and contributing to the firm’s growth.
- A collaborative attitude and the ability to work well within a supportive team environment.
