As a Property Litigation Solicitor, you will have the chance to handle a diverse caseload, working on both commercial and residential property matters. You will be advising clients on a range of disputes and will play a pivotal role in representing the firm’s interests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a variety of property litigation matters, including disputes related to leaseholds, landlord-tenant issues, and property ownership conflicts.
- Provide strategic advice on property-related disputes, including advising both individual and commercial clients.
- Represent clients in court, and explore alternative dispute resolution methods where applicable.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, offering clear and practical legal advice.
- Participate in the firm’s business development and marketing activities, contributing to the growth of the property litigation practice.
- Support and mentor junior members of the team to help develop the firm’s talent pipeline.
The Ideal Candidate:
- A qualified solicitor with 3-5 years of experience in property litigation, or someone with equivalent practical experience.
- Sound knowledge of commercial and residential property law, and experience in handling disputes independently.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to advise clients clearly and effectively.
- A proactive, results-driven approach with an interest in business development and client relationship management.
- A collaborative team player with a positive attitude and strong organizational skills.
