An established regional law firm is seeking a dedicated Wills, Trusts & Probate Lawyer to join their busy Bereavement team. This role offers the chance to progress a rewarding legal career with a healthy work/life balance and a clear path for professional development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Taking instructions and preparing a range of Wills, LPAs, and Powers of Attorney, from basic to complex
  • Managing Probate and estate administration matters, including intestate estates and those requiring inheritance tax planning and relief claims
  • Advising on trusts, their tax implications, and suitability within estate planning
  • Handling the setup and administration of life interest and discretionary trusts
  • Collaborating with team members to maintain high standards of client care

About You

  • Qualified solicitor or GILEX/FILEX with 2-5 years’ PQE in Wills, Trusts & Probate
  • STEP membership, working towards it, or willingness to do so
  • Strong technical knowledge of estate administration, intestacy, inheritance tax, and trusts
  • A committed team player with excellent communication and client service skills
  • Self-motivated with a positive attitude and professional approach
  • Risk-aware with sound judgment and attention to detail
