What you’ll be doing

Join a thriving Corporate & Commercial team with autonomy to manage your own caseload, plus full support to develop your expertise further.

Your day-to-day will include:

• Handling a broad range of corporate and commercial matters
• Working on contracts, franchise and distribution agreements, tender processes, and e-commerce
• Advising on data protection, GDPR, and compliance (desirable)
• Taking an active role in business development, marketing, and client engagement
• Supervising junior team members and helping shape the team’s future

What we’re looking for

• 3 to 6 years PQE (pre-qualification experience considered)
• Strong grounding in corporate and commercial work
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Confident, client-facing presence with genuine enthusiasm
• Proven ability to manage a varied caseload independently
• Positive, team-first attitude committed to the highest service standards
• Passion for business development and marketing initiatives
