Salary: £85,000 – £100,000 + Bonus
Hours: Monday to Friday, standard office hours (flexible hybrid)
Requirement: Ability to commute to London office as required
Start Date: ASAP

The Opportunity

A leading mid-sized City law firm is seeking a skilled Corporate Solicitor with 5+ years PQE to join their busy and growing team. This role offers exposure to a broad range of complex and high-value corporate transactions including M&A, private equity, and venture capital, advising UK and international clients across multiple sectors such as technology, finance, and healthcare.

Key Responsibilities

• Advising on complex M&A deals, shareholder agreements, and corporate restructures
• Drafting, negotiating, and reviewing key transaction documents
• Supporting clients across diverse industries with corporate needs
• Managing and mentoring junior lawyers, supporting their development
• Contributing actively to business development and client relationship management

About You

• Qualified solicitor in England & Wales with at least 5 years PQE in corporate law
• Proven experience at a mid-large law firm or boutique with significant deal exposure
• Commercially aware with strong drafting and negotiation skills
• Excellent client-facing communication and relationship-building abilities
• Collaborative team player with confidence to take ownership of matters
