The Opportunity
An established regional law firm is seeking a dedicated Wills, Trusts & Probate Lawyer to join their busy Bereavement team. This role offers the chance to progress a rewarding legal career with a healthy work/life balance and a clear path for professional development.

Key Responsibilities
- Taking instructions and preparing a range of Wills, LPAs, and Powers of Attorney, from basic to complex
- Managing Probate and estate administration matters, including intestate estates and those requiring inheritance tax planning and relief claims
- Advising on trusts, their tax implications, and suitability within estate planning
- Handling the setup and administration of life interest and discretionary trusts
- Collaborating with team members to maintain high standards of client care
About You
- Qualified solicitor or GILEX/FILEX with 2-5 years’ PQE in Wills, Trusts & Probate
- STEP membership, working towards it, or willingness to do so
- Strong technical knowledge of estate administration, intestacy, inheritance tax, and trusts
- A committed team player with excellent communication and client service skills
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and professional approach
- Risk-aware with sound judgment and attention to detail
