Role Overview:

As a Private Client solicitor, you will provide expert legal advice across a broad spectrum of matters, including:

• Wills and Estate Administration: Guiding clients through the intricacies of estate planning and administration.
• Court of Protection: Assisting clients with matters related to mental capacity and decision-making.
• Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs): Advising on creating and managing LPAs.
• Drafting Deeds of Variation: Crafting legally sound documents to modify existing arrangements.
• Inheritance Tax Planning: Strategizing to minimize tax implications.
• Contentious Probate: Resolving disputes related to wills and estates.
• Trusts and Probate: Navigating complex legal structures.
